38400 mi Driver's side headlight overvoltage resulted in replacing bulbs every 1000 miles or so. Ultimately a new wiring harness was assembled and installed. *update* The problem persisted. I mitigated the issue by replacing the bulbs with LEDs. After about 6 months I've had no problems.
