Even had extra firmer padding added to the driver seat. Pain in my leg and lower back is unbearable - check forums for Lexus owners - seems to be a problem with taller men and even some women. Even though I suffer from spinal stenosis, I did a two-day 1800 mile trip with no troubles and felt great on arrival.
