4000 mi The sliding cover attached to the steering wheel column from the instrument panel was detached and had to be replaced. Noticed same problem in loaner. Re-occurred when very cold, back to normal when warmer. And the hood had to be aligned with the fenders. 
7000 mi I had to have the access button replaced again because the one they put in caused wind noise. 
15000 mi Wet doors. I have not as yet had the opportunity to take this to a dealer to resolve the issue. March update: still not fixed. 
19300 mi I had to have the shroud re-attached to the column again. This is the third time. And it has come loose again. The repair lasted less than two weeks.

22200 mi birdseye maplewood trim on steering wheel was lifting up on the right hand side. had noticed it a little bit before and it was lifting up more. checked car entirely as bumper to bumper warantee is up on 01/01/2013

18600 mi driver door lock tip fell off and inside driver door. Tech removed door panel and repaired lock stem Drovers' door lock tip is missing and rattles inside door. Accessed door panel and repaired interior door lock rod.

10000 mi Interior trim "A", "B" and "C" Pillars filthy due to original OEM decal glue residue. Unable to be cleaned sufficiently. Trim on order.  "B" pillars replaced 2nd trip.  Rear deck still rattles after third trip. Many other problems, some fixed, some not. 
32000 mi Steering shroud and cover replaced as defined with a TSB. The shroud did not work properly since the very day I leased the vehicle. Now works fine. Driver's seat right hand side vinyl side bolster had cracked in several locations. First noticed at 18,000 miles. I had to impress upon the dealer that I was very unhappy with the quality of the seats/material. Replaced entire seat bottom.

This car has a lot of engine noise. Ford needs to bring a Lexus into engineering dept and listen to how quiet the motor is, inside cabin and out. Also way too many squeaks from front suspension. Would not and have not recommended this car.
