46500 mi | Dealer replaced the PTU, or AWD power transfer case under warranty. Apparently they do fail occasionally. I was smelling this odd, burnt smell. When I called the dealer they identified it as a possible PTU, and when I brought it in they immediately put me in a loaner and took care of the problem. I highly recommend Great Lakes Ford service department, they have treated me very well. |

7600 mi | Transmission line needs to be replaced. Tranmission whines between 4th and 5th, and 5th and 6th gears. Parts on order. Sun roof shade needs to be replaced because of rattling. Part on order. Subwoofer reinstalled because of rattling. Repaired. |
