| 46500 mi | Dealer replaced the PTU, or AWD power transfer case under warranty. Apparently they do fail occasionally. I was smelling this odd, burnt smell. When I called the dealer they identified it as a possible PTU, and when I brought it in they immediately put me in a loaner and took care of the problem. I highly recommend Great Lakes Ford service department, they have treated me very well. |
