I have had absolutely no problems with this 2013 CX-5 with 110000 miles on it. Breakpads are the only wear item that has been replaced. My lifetime MPG is 29.
An initial problem with the break over gas (BOG) relay required that I drop an old (bad) habit of holding the break on with my left foot while I lightly pressed the accelerator with my right foot, e.g., at a stop light. If my left foot relaxed a little and my right foot was more than lightly pressed on the gas pedel the car would engage and leap forward.
