Car runs really well now so I'm guessing injectors were going bad for a while, but no code was thrown.

There was also a intermittent communication loss between acceleration pedal and the ECU for more than 1 second. Car was about to stall, but no error codes.

The issue is with the regeneration cycle of the engine; when it does it, every few hundred miles, there is a noise that sounds like the exhaust is about to drop off. The new exhaust seems to have fixed it. Folding electric door mirror replaced. At about 3000 miles, it started making a noise as it was folded. This is a sealed unit that cant be fixed, so it was replaced. Apparently the same unit used on some BMWs, and they also have the issue. Sub port replaced

Dealer noticed water drains in roof were separating, repaired drains as part of preventative maintenance when replacing sunroof.
