CVT WORKED WELL AT FIRST. THIS MODEL HAS A 10 YEAR,120K WARRANTY ON CVT DUE TO HESITATION AND OTHER PROBLEMS. AT AROUND 62K HAD A SLIP IN TRANS. THE 1ST TIME WAS AROUND 56K. TOOK CAR TO DEALER. HAD A BAD SOLENOID. DEALER REPLACED WITH NISSAN REMAN CVT. THIS CVT WORKS A LOT BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL ONE. MORE POSITIVE ON PULL OUTS. HOWEVER NEEDS MODS TO SUSPENSION. WOULD IMPROVE HANDLING BY INSTALLING BETTER STRUTS AND SPRINGS. WHEN WE HAD CVT CHANGED DID NOT USE ORIGINAL DEALER. USED A BETTER DEALER WITH BETTER SERVICE DEPT.THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. FAST WORKERS.DONE CORRECTLY. see full review |

lag when accelorator depressed - could use a few more ponies - although the CVT does a great job of using the power well see full review |

between the drive-by-wire throttle, and the CVT transmission, the delay in its off-the-line response is quite unnerving when trying to quickly merge into traffic, quite reminicent of turbo-lag. but it does go smoothly and quickly once going. see full review |
