Clean, European look. Not as generic looking as most other cars in this class.
Interior is soft touch almost everywhere and also very subdued in styling unlike most newer midsize designs with gaudy overly designed center stacks and tons of faux wood or aluminum. Car interior quality is comparable to car 10k more expensive.

Very low key, mom and pop type operation. Free loaner with all service visits. Compare to another dealer I went to prior to purchase where they banged a gong in the middle of the showroom everytime they closed a deal. How utterly obnoxious.
