Had the previous model. I never had any problems, it was a solid car, as all Subarus seem to be.
The AWD system is fantastic.
The AWD provides added safety as do the numerous airbags and other safety features.
Good sized back seat, could fit two adults very comfortably with plenty of legroom.
I had a 2008 Legacy and it was a great car. It was sporty, had nice fit and finish and gave me no trouble.
