Rework of the cv joint boot replacement that was done in Nov 2013. Two of the six capscrews had not been properly threaded in November. this required removal of the capscrews and chasing the threads and then re-installing.

The car has an automatic DSG and the dual clutch flywheel was noisy and close to failure. I had the transmission serviced and the timing belt/water pump also replaced as scheduled maintenance. It took a week to get the part. Both tie rod ends replaced Bushing rubbers cracked and loose, affect handling of car. Aluminum cast cross member broken. spark plugs replace due to occasional misfire on no 1. Ignition coils replaced on no 1 and no 4 cylinders.
