I wasn't made aware of it until just recently, so I can't tell you exactly when the problem started, sometime last year, but the Bluetooth connection no longer functions. The dealer looked at it and said it would be several hundred just to figure it out and it wasn't worth it. Everything else on the entertainment/connectivity system works fine, just no Bluetooth capability anymore.
