4dr Sedan 200-horsepower 2.4L I4 6-speed manual FWD

Why the 2005 Acura TSX?

Powertrain performance

The engine is smooth and relatively powerful (VTEC!!), yet is fuel efficient. Shifting the six speed manual is an absolute pleasure - the shifter is very precise and the clutch take-up is smooth.

Handling

The TSX is by no means a hard core sports car, but for a sedan it is fun to drive. It just feels like it wants to be driven hard. The ride is taut but not hard, so freeway slogs to work do not rattle your teeth out.

Insurance cost

Insurance costs are not outstanding, but depreciation is so far good. By my calculations, it still retains 80% of the value of my CPO purchase price.

Audio & nav systems

The navigation system in the TSX is so intuitive - the touch screen has you working the system in no time. Audio quality is excellent, and I really love XM radio.
