The package I bought (Pacific Coast Highway - Street Cruiser Edition) Had the wheels, brakes and suspension from the GT without the turbo engine.

Excellent brakes and handling.
Exterior styling
RETRO !!! loved it from day one.
Interior styling
Controls all seem to be right where they belong, styling is attractive but not gaudy.
