Average so far is 28 mpg. This car has the 2.0 with the CVT transmission. Not great but not terrible either. Our minivan got 18 mpg This mileage is almost all highway.60 to 70 mph.
It has good torque and CVT is very smooth.Not feeling the transmission shift takes some getting use to also the sound as it sounds like a regular automatic that is slipping. Lifetime powertrain warranty was a big factor in purchasing this vehicle.
