This is a 6,200 pound vehicle that I need for my work. I need to haul long items and occassionally tow heavy trailers for work. It is a diesel and for 136,000 miles I have averaged 17.8 mpg. If this were gasoline powered I would be 8-10 mpg, or less. |

I know what it got. It is efficient for what it is. Compared to their smaller, less capable vehicles it gets "bad" mileage. However, for a 8K lbs truck with a non-aerodynamic design the average mileage of 13.5 (E10) is acceptable. |
