10000 mi   The rear end has a hop on concrete roads that is more than annoying. The hop drives up into the cab and is very noticeable when driving at speeds over 55. This is a common problem with Ford F150's that is being ignored by Ford Motor.
Ford F-150 in Arizona, United States
Aug 2009 - Jun 2014
9300 mi   Transmission 1-2 upshift harshness fixed with reflash.  Sync reflashed.  Latch on center console replaced as it would not latch.
14000   A/C not working well. By comparing high pressure readings against a new vehicle on the lot it was determined that a reflash of the PCM would remedy the situation. According to dealership, A/C pressures were the same following the reflash. It was determined that a front strut was leaking and not assembled correctly at the factory. A new strut and related hardware were ordered. Parts arrived (after dealer verified owner's observation of a leaking and misassembled front strut assembly on previous visit) and were installed at this time.
35000   Despite a PCM reflash in 2010, the AC still was "underperforming" when temps exceeded 95 degrees. Tech found a later reflash which improved AC function to be more in line with what it should have been (41 degree discharge air/105 ambient).
