On the first day we bought the Elantra we drove down a road that had been stripped of the top layer of asphault. We hit man hole covers that stuck up 2 inches and the road was rough. We barely felt the bump of the covers and the ride was quite.
Huge environmental controls make it easy to control interior temperature. Very well placed.
No rattles, dash looks good. Doors have a solid sound when shut. Bolts on brake calipers do not look like they will rust weld making a brake change an afternoon job (pay attention GM).
Can fit my two young children with their car seats and my teenage son has room to sit in the back and text for hours. More comfortable seats than my extended cab 1500.
