2009 Hyundai Genesis 4dr Sedan

375-horsepower 4.6L V8 6-speed shiftable automatic RWD

3000 mi   The check engine light came on due to the gas cap not being tightened. 
7000   This is my second trip to the dealer because my check engine light came on. The dealer informed me that it was a TSB or recall on the check engine light and informed me that the problem will be fixed. The dealership fixed the light. Check engine light came back on, and the dealer recognized it, but couldn't find a problem with the car. She said when you have a lot of electronics on a car this will normally happen. 
4000   Horrible smell when accelerating hard. Has been present since day one. Dealership won't admit there is a problem.

2009 Hyundai Genesis 4dr Sedan

290-horsepower 3.8L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic RWD

7440 mi   Speed sensor was cracked and needed to be replaced.

5000   Fuel Release switch failed. Also did recall software updates and oil change. 
6000   Odometer and Speedometer off by about 5 mph. Told it is a miscalibration for the 18" wheels and they don't have a fix.
