45000 mi   new drive shaft to correct vibration at 70mph. loose seat belt torsioners. Seatbelt wouldn't retract. Tightened torsioners, problem corrected. Dead battery after leaving accessory switch on for 20 mins while hooking up a trailer. They checked everything and could not find any issues, battery charged fine. I suspect an alternator problem or a bad ground, but it hasn't occurred again. 
47000 US $100 Brought it in in March to another dealer for dead battery - dealer couldn't replicate. New dealer in Sept checked it out and found bad starter. Replaced starter, problem fixed. Whining noise from front end upon deacceleration and vibration at highway speeds, found bad front end gears and out of balance driveshaft (driveshaft also replace in March) Replaced both - problem solved Intermittent rough running with check engine light. Acted as if water in gas. Dealer found bad pcv valve (oil in air cleaner), and plugs that hadn't been replaced as needed at 30,000 mile service. Problem hasn't repeated since.  Front end rotors warped. Replaced rotors and pads.  
54000   CD/DVD would not read discs. Nav disc also did not read and reported error. Radio replaced, new nav disc ordered and installed Steering felt loose since last repair, but not enough to be dangerous. Dealer found worn bushings and replaced them.  
54000   hydraulic lift arms for tailgate no longer pushing tailgate up. Replaced both lift arms  
67000   Oil leaking from transmission lines. Lines replaced Interior heating thermostat not operating. Either all hot or all cold. Flashed PC and fixed issue.

39000   Leaking transmission cooler line at crimped rubber hose/hard line junction. Occurred at 39K miles..called Jeep Dealer to see if covered under 7yr Power train Warranty, told no but dealer encouraged me to call Jeep for out of Warranty claim. 
40000   Intermittent ABS warning /misfunction light despite ABS sensor replaced which OBDII codes suggested was the problem 
42000   Tranny cooler lines leaking at rubber hose/crimps..common problem. Temporararily fixed by cutting off crimps and adding 3/8" hose with clamps..lasted quite awhile until trans failed at 54K miles and shopped put in new OEM lines. 
44700   Other crimped fitting for trans cooler line started to leak at crimp joint...#2 line now with this problem 
46000   Jeep Dealer continues to guess why "Service Electrical Drive System"/"Service ABS" warning lights on intermittently without definitive fix..just keep replacing parts and see if that cures the problem, thus far without success. 
47000   See prior reports..all the ABS sensors now replaced and CEL/ABS/AWD error warning lights off for about 1 month and 2K miles.  
48000   At 50K miles, front rotors runout above spec(.004 inches)with uneven brake pad wear and slight brake pedal pulsation 2nd warp. New rotors/pads
