The Heater pipe runs under the plenum (sp) and that proved to be the biggest challenge of the repair as it would not re-seal into the new pump. Used weldbond!

They checked everything and could not find any issues, battery charged fine. I suspect an alternator problem or a bad ground, but it hasn't occurred again.

Replaced starter, problem fixed. Whining noise from front end upon deacceleration and vibration at highway speeds, found bad front end gears and out of balance driveshaft (driveshaft also replace in March) Replaced both - problem solved Intermittent rough running with check engine light. Acted as if water in gas. Dealer found bad pcv valve (oil in air cleaner), and plugs that hadn't been replaced as needed at 30,000 mile service. Problem hasn't repeated since.  Front end rotors warped. Replaced rotors and pads.
