Why the 2008 Lexus RX?

Reliability & durability

Proven brand history of being one of the most reliable vehicles on the road.

Materials & workmanship

Vehicle feels solid and robust

Brand reputation & image

Image is that of highest quality standards and history has proven that to be true.

Driving position & visibility

Good forward view. Driving position is highly maneuverable and all settings for seat, steering wheel and outside mirrors can be memorized and fully recalled with the touch of a button.

Dealer practices

Although there is a price to pay, they essentially treat me like royalty.

Why Not the 2008 Lexus RX?

Powertrain performance

There is a slight hesitation at low speed maneuvers such as in stop and go city traffic. When decelerating to a near stop and then attempting to accelerate again the transmission hesitates for 2 to 5 seconds before deciding which gear is should be in.

Interior styling

Controls on dash board are illogically placed and difficult to interact with. It is necessary to literally get out of the vehicle to read the labels of certain controls as they are shoved so far to the bottom of the dash. Rear seats do not fold flat.

Insurance cost

High insurance costs.
