The vehicle gets close to 30 mpg on the highway, even with a Yakima aftermarket bike/boat rack on top. For a true 6 passenger vehicle, thats phenomenal.
Rear seats fit adults or kids in car seats adequately, especially for an economy car.
Cargo capacity when rear seats are folded down allows for plenty of gear storage.

Black carpet that acts like a dirt/grass/junk magnet. Overall feeling of cheapness to the materials and controls.
No passenger arm rest, leather only available in top of the line model, delay wipers have only ONE setting, no AWD available in USA.

Engine does not like cold weather - hard to start when below 15 F. I thought fuel injection and computer control eliminated such balkiness in general. I guess not with Mazdas.
