24/33 for the manual transmission are pretty good fuel economy numbers. I beat the highway numbers on a long trip by a few points if I keep it at 65 mph (a/c on).
More power than other cars in the price range. Manual transmission and clutch feel good. Like other small 4 cyl, needs to rev to get into the power.
Price and incentives put the monthly in the range of smaller cars like the Yaris or Fit, much less than competition (Focus, Civic, Mazda 3, etc).
I owned a Grand Am in the past that had no major problems through 110,000 miles. Family owns a Grand Prix with no majors through 130,00 miles.
Looks sporty compared to cars in its price range. One of just a few cars available in a coupe.
