Reviewed: 2007 Toyota Camry

4dr Sedan 187-horsepower 2.4L I4 Hybrid CVT FWD

Why the 2007 Toyota Camry?

Fuel economy

Average about 36 to 37 MPG around town. Took it on 4-600 Mile trips the Camry averaged 38-39 MPG.

Powertrain performance

It is the smoothest powertrain I ever had. I drove two Lexus ESxxx before the Camry

Quietness

It is almost as quiet as my Lexus ES when the Motor is running, of course when you are in Hybrid mode it is much quieter.

Discounts & incentives

I initially got a $2600 Tax credit plus a discounted lease from Toyota. It was my best car buying experience I ever made. I have driven it for about 20,000 miles without a problem.

Handling

Its not a sports car, but the steering is responsive and you get a good feeling of the road.

Why Not the 2007 Toyota Camry?

Cargo capacity

The battery takes up 30% of the truck. This is the only disadvantage I have found with the car.
