Excellent fuel economy.......generally below 7.5 l/100kms....with really good trips in the 5 l/100km range. Fuel consumption varies with tires however.
Rock solid....have owned it for almost 4 years now and haven't invested anything into it other than oil changes, a set of tires and washer fluid.
I didn't buy this car for performance.
Again, very high quality and very durable. I've put 70,000 km's on it over 4 years and it still looks good inside and out. Nothing a good vacuum and polish can't clean up.
My second toyota and I haven't had a problem yet. You won't turn heads driving a toyota.......but you'll have money left in your pocket to spend on other things. They are a very solid and dependable brand in my humble estimation.
