22000 0 Nav system reported "could not read from disk, contact the dealer". Dealer unplugged computer, replugged it in, and said "If it happens again, come back". See report #2 for the come-back trip. Nav system displayed "could not read from disk, contact the dealer". This time they decided that the disk was not bad, but the nav computer needed to be replaced. Parts ordered, said about a week. See report #1, and #3 and 4 for more data. Part (Nav system computer) finally arrived. The dealer attempted to replace it, but they had received the WRONG PART NUMBER COMPUTER. They re-ordered. See report #1, #2, and #4 for more data. They received the correct replacement computer this time. After this 4th trip into the shop for the problem, they finally got it fixed. I hope.
