Toyota has released an updated DVD but refuses to make it available at no cost.

Dealer asked to run w/o SG plugged in for 72 hours to confirm DX. Exterior trim at right rear window popped free again. Installation of ordered trim. It seems that the hole in the door panel itself is enlarged, so it continues to pop loose.
