May 2009   Since the car was 17 months old it has leaked water in through plugs and seams. They have resealed almost every thing, it's been a huge pain. I had three people in the back seat in Oct who came out with wet butts, AWFUL.
Sep 2009 C $48 leaking n the trunk again
May 2015   engine light on, broken charcoal canister to be fix at later date. they did quot me 918.32 to have the canister filter replaced... seems a bit steep. Air bag lights been on for over a year and half, when i asked about it before we were looking at 900 and some, it came up as a recall, i got it done for free....

May 2008 - May 2012
Aug 2008 C $480 Window trim on driver's front door snapped - poor design. Front driver's fender was not aligned properly at delivery - did not make an issue of it, but door-to-fender gap was small. Eventually, fender moved-in to rub paint. Dealer refuses to repair and blames owner for fault (including future rust from scraping)
Sep 2008   Check engine light came on during mild highway cruising (steady 40mph). Code diagnosed as exceeding allowable emissions. Could not locate source of problem. Check engine light reset, and told to return if it re-appeared.
Oct 2008   Check engine light appeared again. Engine light disappeared on route to shop. Told no time was available to check, and appointment booked for November 12th. Appointment on November 12th discovered it was the same code for excess emissions again.
Nov 2008   Engine light appeared again, assuming for excess emissions. New appointment booked for December fourth. Expect no positive outcome again.
Dec 2008   Final diagnosis is a bad catalytic converter. Appointment booked for January. Until then intermittent check engine light is still present.
Jan 2009   New catalytic converter installed. Fuel economy worse afterwards.
Feb 2009   Block heater cord short-circuited and replaced. Insulation in side door panel can create a fire hazard. Removed by dealer without issue.
Dec 2009   Violent bee-like vibration droning in and out at highway speeds, car unbearable to drive for more than an hour at a time. Lots of makeshift bushings added to the air intake system to dampen, has mostly resolved the issue.
Jan 2011   Door check causing grinding noise. Door makes a "grinding" noise, when in the last "notch" open. Part ordered, told to return for repairs in the future.
Mar 2011   Door check was replaced with remainder of bumper-to-bumper warranty.
Sep 2011   Driver's side fender out of alignment by approximately 3/4" inch. Suspect 'play' caused rough regional roads.
