Jul 2009 US $100 Air conditioner blowing warm air. 
May 2010   Replaced timing belt and water pump.  Also replace front and rear brakes along with the rear rotors.

Jun 2008   Rear headrests would not retract. Climate control console was replaced under warranty, turns out there was a kinked wire. Problem is fixed now.

Jul 2010   Driver seat popping noise nav software update interior A pillar noise. I think I fixed it by pressing/tapping on the A pillar trim.

May 2015 US $550 PCV hose cracked, replaced entire PCV system.

Mar 2009   Door lock (was causing alarm malfunction). Steering stops noisy - lubed to fix. Driver seat creaking under load (eg. lean) - fixed by lube. 
Aug 2009   Leaking radiator Intercooler for turbo Valve body Angle gear (AWD) 
Jan 2010 C $600 High pitched whine from speakers when car is running (even if radio is off). Rear passenger door lock was defective (showed code) 
Oct 2010   Front wheel bearings replaced Struts and shocks defective/worn out. 
Dec 2010   Front 4C struts replaced under extended warranty and related spring seats (this part paid by owner). 
Mar 2011   Steering knuckle was failing 
Jun 2011   Front driveshafts were bad due to torn boots causing leak and contamination. 
Dec 2011   Blower motor required replacement (noisy) 
Apr 2012   Rear shocks need to be replaced

Jun 2007   - vibration under braking from highway speeds - smoke from rear of engine bay after driving hard - Axle ping/clicking performing garage maneuvers (TNN77-08-2004-03-25) - Excessive leather wear on and excessive play of back of drivers seat - various in 
Jul 2007   One headlamp was vibrating badly and replaced. 
Aug 2007   Had to go to a second dealer to get headlamp repair done. 
Sep 2007   Wiring harness replaced after headlamp repair was done incorrectly and the accessory drive belt rubbed through some wiring! 
Apr 2008   - squeak/creak in suspension - distorted sound from front passenger door speakers at ANY volume - wind noise from corner of drivers door, seal isn't flush on door compared to passenger side 
Jun 2008   Outer tie rod end was loose and replaced. Door seals falling off and were replaced. Various interior rattles fixed. 
Jul 2008   Wheel bearings noisy and needed to be replaced AWD system failed and needed to be replaced Axles are clicking and were glued Cost was zero as it was covered by warranty 
Aug 2008   Had to visit a second dealer to get AWD system covered under warranty. 
Apr 2009   Clutch position sensor failed. Also, clutch pedal springs fell off the car. 
Oct 2009 US $70 Fuel lines became detached from car 
Dec 2009   Parking brake stuck on, immobilizing car. Outer tie rod was loose More parts in the parking brake system needed replacing. Brake was still dragging after first repair attempt. 
Jan 2010   The spline sleeve/collar and angle gear of the AWD system failed with a loud metallic BANG and had to be replaced. This is a very common failure for modern Volvo AWD systems and as such was easy for myself and the dealer to diagnose. 
Jan 2011   throttle body cleaned 
May 2011   Suspension was getting noisy and crashing somewhat over bumps. Various suspension parts replaced (bushings, mounts, etc).

Mar 2009   AWD began slipping on initial takeoff under full throttle. Initial diagnosis was nothing wrong. AWD then failed 1 year later. Collar was broken and stuck to shaft, which warranted a new tranmission. The angle gear was also replaced. 
Nov 2009   Turn signal stalk replacement. 
Apr 2013 US $570 Front Left/Right Control Arm Bushings (F/R) 
Jun 2013   Intake camshaft reset solenoid valve had faulty connection and would not energize causing the engine to run in a low performance state. 
Oct 2013   2 Failed ignition coils. Replaced all 5 coil packs and all 5 spark plugs. 
Feb 2015   Replaced front/rear shocks/struts (one was leaking), strut tops, front wheel bearings

Mar 2009   Had to go in for faulty clutch position switch. took 3 days to repay. it threw everything off -- turbo, fan, intercooler, and engine timing. Fixed the switch, that worked. problem solved. prior to that, it would backfire, stutter on acceleration, and the  
Jun 2009   Clutch position switch replaced again. Right front strut replaced. Needed a software code reset to fix a faulty window that wouldn't roll up properly.

Jun 2008 US $110 MAF sensor causing CEL code. Monitored OBD2 output of MAF sensor to identify no response from MAF. 
Sep 2011   Worn bushing on sway bar link creaking & clunking on bumps. Replaced link, rotated tires and performed alignment as periodic maintenance.  
Sep 2012   Replace worn sway bar link. 
Sep 2014   Replaced lower control arms, and struts. The struts were basically preventative. The lower arms were functional but compromised and were showing signs of torn rubber in the bushings. Replaced brake pads while working there. $290. Replaced right and left Axles/CV joints due to torn boots and noisy CV joints. $110.
