Check engine light, reset, 1 wk later CEL again and car runs VERY rough. Gasket at #3 cyl is worn away and there is a vacuum leak. Gasket replaced, problem solved. Mechanic had a hard time diagnosing the problem and tried replacing parts at first. Left headlight bulb replaced
