Sub frame that supports engine had rusted so badly that the engine mounts had dropped through the mounting spot. Damaged sub-frame cut out and new metal welded in. Mounting holes drilled. 
160000 mi The biggest issues I have with that car now is that it has developed some body rust, which I hear is typical of that model and year.
