Then may work again next time I start off for a few minutes or an hour or so. regassed still the same. no diagnostic codes. Recharged A/C blows cold then hot after a few minutes. Condensor radiator blocked with dirt and sand. Can't exchange sufficient heat, so freon overheats and pressure switch cuts off compressor. Pressure washed condensor and radiator. Now OK! |

As a result, my key fob would not lock the doors (because it won't lock if it senses a door is open). For whatever reason, shutting the door was not depressing the plastic arm enough. I "repaired" this by gluing a plastic furniture pad (the kind you would put under the legs of a chair or table to protect the floor) to the arm so that closing the trunk door would depress it enough to turn off the sensor. So far so good! |
