Dealer ordered & replaced sliding door motor actuator per TSB BOD048. Alarm horn had been sounding weak after a FOB had been reprogrammed for the van. Dealer tested and had alarm horn replaced. Day later, alarm and panic horn are not working. Will be returning van to the shop for further diagnosis & repair.
