When driving on the freeway at speeds in excess of 50 mph (80 kmph), there was excessive wind noise. Moldings over front windows, from hood to back of front door, were removed and weather stripping applied. What a difference! Quiet ride. |

Windshield noise rectified by Apple Auto Glass. The reurethaned behind the weather strip at the top of the windshield. Wind was getting in behind there and making an awful noise at Highway speeds or with a strong cross wind. Repaired chip thus the $$$. Wind noise from Passenger side front door & water leaking. Door successfully aligned and noise/leakage now abated. Dealer said they never serviced this door. Only the drivers side???Lesson learned. Dont go with multiple problems. |
