There was no water leakage but the misalignment (about 1/64") was noticeable standing beside the vehicle. Loud wind noise from upper windshield area. More pronounced in cooler weather. Windshield was replaced (non dealer) in May 2008 due to a rock strike. Noise was not there prior to windshield replacement. Dealer/Windshield shop could not replicate noise. |

The hood latch was finally replaced so that the car could get inspected. Apparently GM had to have several of these manufactured since the 2008's VUE has a different part. The annoying part was while the hood latch did not work the Hybrid was disabled. |
