2800 mi The Clutch Pedal clicks when depressed almost every shift. Subaru dealership states they have a technical request in to determine cause and remedy. 
3000 mi Replaced Clutch Master Cylinder. Noise is now gone Trans very difficult to downshift into second and first gears when cold. VERY DIFFICULT is me pushing and sometimes have to try multiple times to get the car to engage first. going to leave with subaru so they can try themselves when cold

Failure of clutch and clutch master. Replaced clutch master, flywheel, clutch, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, spring, clips, clutch fork. Also repaired transaxle assembly. 
41000 mi Transmission seal was leaking oil. Took ~3 hours to replace. 
54000 mi Clutch issue again. May not have been installed correctly at san jose calif dealer. Assembly replaced again. 
12700 mi 1st and 2nd gear syncros were worn/damaged and made it difficult to shift in and out of gear. Although it took them forever to repair it, it was covered under drivetrain warranty.

5th gear EXPLODED into 3 pieces. One piece hit the transmission case so hard, that it punctured it and made a hole. New case, 5th gears, syncros, and bonus throw-out bearing.

Making noises the day I got it back, and two weeks later 5th gear destroyed itself again. Had to pay for new transmission. Subaru of America said that the failure was due to using the emergency brake in 5th gear. Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
