12400 mi Back to the dealer to find out where the instrument cluster is, its now another 6 weeks or so down the track. No stock in the USA was the reply, so I am still waiting. Not good pr for the jeep brand.
14880 mi 20,000 km service done and finally got the new instrument cluster fitted, even then they installed the wrong kms into it. It went from 24K to 18K as well as zero engine hours. Exceptional professionalism from the Jeep Dealer.

Climate system: Both (L & R) in-dash vent flap motors conked out within a couple of weeks of each other, so conditioned air could not blow into the vehicle. With both dying at nearly the same time, it would seem that there is or was something inherently flawed in the design or construction of these motors. Repaired under factory expended warranty, so paid only $100 co-pay.
