Left side steering wheel 'ornament' was peeling its textured paint. Dealer replaced under warranty 
Rear-view mirror started rattling.

Tail light housing leaks. I fixed it with weather stripping- this is a recurring problem 
2360 mi Shift knob fell apart while driving. Multiple parts held together with a bolt, unwound due to vibration. Vibration caused by loose counterweight in knob, which also was noisy. Mounted weight solidly, tightened bolt properly. 
8060 mi Shift knob disassembled itself while driving for the second time since purchase. Re-assembled with new tape to stop weight rattle inside housing and super-glue on all bolt threads this time.

Water leak in trunk. Dealer explained this is a known issue with the model. Car had 2 months beyond warranty but 7,000 miles before. Dealer submitted a request to Hyundai for exception, which was approved. Both tail light assemblies, as well as trunk trim, replaced under warranty. 
10000 mi Sunroof squeaked, was adjusted by dealer and squeaked again after a few weeks, second trip the dealer replaced sunroof. Still squeaks after replacement but is much less noticeable. 
15000 mi Sunroof switch stuck in 'Closed' position. Replaced under warranty. 
8000 mi Rear deck rattled when the sub woofer was on. both plastic fake hood vents warped. 
1000 mi Rattling from the headliner in two places. One rattle was fixed - they found a loose screw in the headliner. The other rattle wasn't fixed. Will require another repair trip. 
8300 mi Wind noise from driver's side window. Dealer adjusted window and applied tape. Issue improved, but noise still present.

16000 mi Bad rattle/squeak coming from both "A" pillar areas. Dealership still working to schedule time to find source of rattle/squeak and repair. Had a small "dimple" spot on roof "pop out" (raised area versus dent). Looks like sunroof mechanism may have "pushed out" against the roof panel. 
26000 mi Front subframe joint with rest of unibody source of squeaks and rattles from both A pillar areas. This section was reinforced with additional welds and body epoxy. Cause of roof "dimple" undetermined. Paintless dent repair completed. 
8200 mi Water leaks in trunk. This is the 4th trip for this. Rear driver taillight replaced. Still leaks. Driver power seat squeaks. Sunroof squeaks/creaks around seals. Panel discoloration on interior just outside passenger side air vent. Trunk still leaks 
8300 mi Continued issues with water intrusion in to the trunk. The rear, driver side tail lamp was replaced as the dealer stated the seals were bad. This was the third attempt to repair the issue. 
9000 mi Water continues to find its way into the trunk. This time, water made its way into the passenger compartment and soaked the footwell behind the drivers seat. Issue: 2 body welds from factory were cracked. Dealer had them re-welded.
