30000 mi Since I have owned this car, during the extreme heat (above 105°F) there is a very strong odor of gasoline emitted from the car. Dealer finds no evidence of any leaks and has indicated this is a normal operating characteristic of Hyundai and there is nothing that can be done about it. We have to leave the garage door open for 30 minutes before the odor subsides enough to close the door.

46000 mi Vent tube in gas tank apparently plugged causing pump to shut off every gallon or so when filling up the tank. Dealer unplugged vent hose with no charge to me. 
50000 mi Gas tank would not fill properly, always cutting off nozzle multiple times when trying to fill tank up. Apparently there is a charcoal venting filter that had to be replaced. Since replacement no problems.

19300 mi throttle body housing had excessive carbon build up causing vehicle idle to fluctuate at times and cut off the accelerator to protect engine.

Power distribution Module and Smart Key (Part #95460-2M600) Module then replaced both at no cost. Smart Key Module not available in North America; had to wait over two weeks for part to arrive from Korea. Dealer provided loaner. 
8200 mi Check Engine Light for some sensor that "needed adjustment." Since when do sensitive electronics "need adjustment?"
