1628 mi	Glove compartment scratched upon delivery of vehicle. Dealership replaced glove compartment. Driver's seat had small, glossy stain on the back. Dealership tried several fixes but stain still remained. Dash rattled/vibrated during acceleration. Dealership replaced clip in engine as per TSB 21 12 02. This did not fix the issue.
2439 mi	Rattling coming from subwoofer/trunk. Mounting screws for subwoofer came loose. Dealer removed screws, placed lock tight and reinstalled screws. This fixed the issue. Dash rattled/vibrated during acceleration. Foam tape was inserted behind cluster area and new A/C vent trim was installed. Fixed the issue. Passenger door and b-pillar creaked and rattled during driving. Dealership found that the passenger door was too tight, causing stress on the body of the car, resulting in the creaking noises. Adjusted passenger door and striker. Did not fix

Seals rubbing was a body flex issue caused by dealer--left suspension spacers in. Radio/Nav rattled excessively during normal driving conditions. Dealership ordered new radio in an attempt to fix the issue. Excessive body flex because dealer left suspension spacers in, drove car with little suspension compliance for 3,000 miles. Car replaced by VW. Passenger door and b-pillar rattled and creaked. Missing/loose clip in passenger door. Passenger door seals rubbing against body caused noise. Clip was replaced for passenger door. Seals rubbing was a body flex issue caused by dealer. Passenger door was misaligned by dealer. Different dealer came in to re-align door. Radio/Nav rattled excessively during normal driving conditions. Dealership ordered new radio in an attempt to fix the issue.

3000 mi	Annoying squeak in sunroof was not found by service dept.
10000 mi	Sunroof visor broken and inoperable. Parts ordered. Car repaired after five days at dealer.
14000 mi	Sunroof visor immediately broke again after being repaired two weeks earlier. They never have VW parts so it has been in the dealership for three weeks now! Altogether it's been at the dealer a month since purchasing in Feb. 2013!
