73000 mi Rear hatch, hood, and door were found to be rusting at crimp seam, under the seam sealer and paint. Brought car into dealer for inspection; dealer took photos and sent to Ford for repair approval. Ford corporate denied the claim, even though car is in rustproofing warranty period. 
17000 mi Noise from the drivers door, when opening. Drivers door upper trim / windown run channel replacement

41540 mi Lower left edge of rear trunk door, (I have a 5 doors Focus), showed wear as when close it rubbed with bumper top part. I had same problem when I bought the car and they told me they fixed it, maybe at around 25000km, I just noticed it happened again but now that is out of warranty they are reviewing if they will repair it or not. Waiting for an answer from them. 
47120 mi The dealer finally agreed to fix the hatchback lower left door rubbing against the rear bumper and causing rust issue. At no cost to me. Took 6 months to finally get it done as the dealer kept sending me back and forth to other member of the dealership.
