Might have been squirrel damage, but I cleaned out the engine before taking it in, and it was repaired on warranty. Airbag clockspring contact not conducting well, causing light to illuminate. Airbag clockspring replaced under warranty

1000 mi Unknown Electrical drain. Technician took apart every electrical system to find pinched wires, body module replaced, wiring replaced.

11500 mi Intermittently the air bag light comes on. This is because the DTC is throwing B0029 (voltage spike for 1-6 seconds). The dealer with help from Ford was unable to pinpoint the problem, reset the DTC, and told me to come back it it recurs. Intermittently the air bag light would come on. They were able to track it down to one connector which they cleaned and the problem went away. 
44200 mi Airbag light was on. Dealer disassembled interior to remove, clean, and reassemble wiring loom. The light came back on (for the third time) within 12 months.

57000 mi modem in head unit failed and had to be replaced 
14500 mi "Stop Safely Now" fault. Replaced high voltage cabling due to issues with pins within the cable. This is part of a TSB, but not a recall
