Car was running very rich (indicated air/fuel ratio of ~10:1 - 12:1 at idle and cruise). No MIL present. P0053 HOS2 Heater Resistance Bank 1 Sensor 1 P0135 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1 P2195 O2 Sensor Signal Biased/Stuck Lean Bank 1 Sensor 1 P2626 O2 Sensor Pumping Current Trim Circuit/Open Bank 1 Sensor 1 STFT on Bank 1 was nearly 50%. LTFT on Bank 1 remained a reasonable ~3-5%. Confirmed wiring/harness integrity. Backprobed O2 B1S1 with lab scope, and confirmed erratic current and heater failure. Replaced defective sensor. Cleared pending codes, completed two drive cycles and confirmed that permanent codes cleared themselves.
