Automatic sliding door on driver's side thunked when sliding. Lube fixed it. Rear seat on driver's side was misaligned and failed to latch correctly. adjustment fixed it.

Frame was replaced. Frame was bent due to a single failure to lock, which was unnoticed -- and then a kid sat on the seat, causing the underseat frame to bend. Owner and dealer could not unbend

Aug 2015 Bearing rod broke in one of the cylinders (while driving on highway) and shot hole in the engine block. More than 50% of engine needed to be replaced. The factory warranty covered 100% of the repair costs, but we were traumatized.
