Radio Fading in and out. Tuner replaced. 
92000 mi Windshield washer fluid sensor faulty. Dealer replaced under extended warranty. 
16000 mi Radio was crackling and popping - dealer wasn't sure how to repair 
4800 mi Tailgate failed to open. A connection had separated and caused the issue. 
9000 mi The audio system was displaying error messages and no longer connecting via Bluetooth. The cruise control was malfunctioning and the crash mitigation system was overly sensitive and flashing the brake light when not needed.

6000 mi Honda issued TSB for faulty radio tuner. Radio would fade in/out (or sound like it's switching from mono to stereo) as car was driven. Brought car in for repair. They had to order the part so I came back a second time to have it replaced. 
30166 mi Collision mitigation dashboard light on. Problem started when traveling on highway with rubber cones in HOV lane. Dealer adjusted system. Problem solved. 
2880 mi During the process of re-enabling Auto Idle Stop, all Honda Sensing features were inadvertently disabled (Cruise, LKAS,CBMS,LDW,FCW,RDM). Awaiting calibration kit from Honda. 
3720 mi Honda Sensing features all recalibrate and working well. During the process the dealer found a slight front wheel misalignment (pulling left) and corrected it free of charge.

Advised that the volume fade was due to the Tuner Unit and No Satellite signal due to satellite antenna failure. Tuner Unit; Remote Ordered; Antenna Assembly-Roof ordered. All under warranty. 
25300 mi Recall for computer related issues (dash warnings, etc) 
23800 mi Delay transferring phone calls to bluetooth and back to audio on completion of call. Intermittent failure of audio to play and/or volume controls to work.
