Dealer checked for codes. PO137, P2096. Rear oxygen sensor low voltage. Post cat lean. Checked wiring from rear oxygen sensor to PCM. Wiring was good. Monitored fuel trims - good.. Swap engine. No vacuum leaks found. Checked fuel pressure - good. Advised to try different source of fuel. Didn't work. Light has come back on.
