11780 mi We have no heat coming to our legs when weather is cold, almost unbearable. Everything is functioning as should be heater putting out lots of heat but nothing goes to our legs in both front seats. The Service Manager has contacted Ford and waiting for a reply. No repairs were attempted at this time , it could be a design flaw. Has any one else experienced the same problem ?

29500 mi Wiper decided to start striking the A pillar after recent repair visit. Turned out wiper motor was miscalibrated. Dealer had to recalibrate under warranty. Did damage paint slightly.

9000 mi Water leak from Windshield Washer tank area. Took car into to dealer on two separate occasions to diagnose problem. Second trip found that the washer fluid pump was loose and leaking. Parts were tightened and sealed under warranty.
