290-horsepower 3.3L V6 6-speed shiftable automatic FWD

53320 mi Electric catch on back hatch had to be replaced, done under warranty. 
23000 mi Apple car play does not read messages back with exception to rare occasions. Explained that I use rental cars on average 3 times a month and have NEVER had an issue with this in any of the rental cars including the Chevy Malibu I had rented the week before. They tried it one time and said, "nothing wrong...it works". Had a Santa Fe Ltd 2011 and people always complained about my blue tooth so it was virtually useless. Was assured all this was worked out. Apparently not.
