13030 mi		 Misfire on cylinder 1 causing CEL. Injector on Cyl 1 clogged from carbon. Injector Replaced

13224 mi		 Misfire on Cyl 4 causing CEL. Injector replaced Leaking Valve Cover caused arcing on spark plug due to oil contaminating cyl 1 coil. Spark plug #1 had oil leaking into it from valve cover oil leak. valve cover gasket, fuel pump gasket, coil pack and 2 spark plugs replaced. Vehicle was driven less than 10 miles, and symptoms returned. Dealer found the same issue present as the previous repair. Replace valve cover gasket, fuel pump gasket, #1 coil pack, and spark plug. Also changed oil
