360-horsepower 5.7L V8 8-speed shiftable automatic AWD w/low range

19000 mi Glove compartment difficult closure. Update in late November: still no call that they've gotten the parts.

293-horsepower 3.6L V6 8-speed shiftable automatic AWD w/low range

14500 mi Emergency braking system activates too easily when set to low. Car brakes when not needed. Also rear emergency braking activated with nothing behind car. Was told I should turn off the reverse braking system. Was told there was no problem with forward emergency braking system. Was told they plugged in my hood open switch. I didn't ask them to do that as that prevents the car from shutting down at traffic lights. 
1240 mi Vibration at highway speeds. Tires/wheels/balancing quickly ruled out. Replaced 2 drive shafts,2 axles, amd a rear differential Wheels road force balanced for ongoing vibration Wheels and tires replaced. No success
