turbocharged 237hp 2.0L H4 8-speed shiftable CVT AWD

19315 mi Brake power booster vacuum bleeds off when car sits for several hours or overnight. Brake pedal very firm to depress prior to starting engine. Dealer claims that it is normal, but this was not normal for the first 30,000 kms of ownership or normal for my other cars. No repair done.
